All families enrolled at Hillel are obligated to purchase:
$5,000 COMMUNITY DOLLARS over a 12 month period.
This is an average of about $100 per week.
- We encourage everyone to reach their $5,000 yearly share by either:
(1) using COMMUNITY DOLLARS for their own consumption or
(2) by selling COMMUNITY DOLLARS to their family and friends.
Remember, let’s all take advantage of the multitude of families that vacation here for the season.
- Families who choose not to participate in the COMMUNITY DOLLARS Program will be assessed an annual $300 fee, or a percentage of their un-purchased mini mums.
- All Community Dollars are available during school hours at the Business Office with Fortune, and Elementary School (including Lands’ End certificates).
- Community Dollars may now be purchased on location at both Foodtown of West End and Foodtown of Ocean, also at M&A Butcher.

- Each family will receive an account number where your purchases will be tallied.
- You will receive statements periodically during the year advising you of your account status.
